Members Details
After a great deal of thought we have decided to continue as a free organisation, purely because SWIRE is run by volunteers and the time to administer a paid membership organisation is just not there as our prime focus is on our own business.
We are currently updating our membership records so that we accurate information about who is interested in and supportive of Somerset Women in Rural Enterprise.
We have also decided to continue to use the name SWIRE although many of our members are not engaged in a rural business. We deem Somerset to be a rural county! We continue to be an independent organisation supported by Everywoman, WIRE, the Rural Enterprise Gateway and Somerset Chamber of Commerce.
We are pleased to be listed as a WIRE local network but membership of SWIRE does not mean you are a member of WIRE. We do not insist that SWIRE members are also members of WIRE.

We are now able will be to offer a limited number of weblinks for members for a small annual fee of £30. This gives our members the ability to include their logo, their details and a direct link to their website. An example is shown below:
